David A. Arsenault, Owner and Founder
David has been a reporter since 1985. His work has included technical litigation concerning patent infringement, contract disputes, medical devices, and industrial processes. He also reports technical hearings at the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities and the Energy Facilities Siting Board. Much of David’s work has included realtime and next-day delivery. He trains both reporters and attorneys on the effective use of realtime. David received a B.Mus. from the Longy School of Music/Emerson College in 1976. He received his reporter training at Mass. Bay Community College. In addition to managing FAB and reporting, David spends as much time as possible pursuing his love of classical music.
